Sales Information
PRICES:
All prices are subject to revision or change, and customers will be notified in advance of pending increases.
TERMS:
All accounts are due 30 days from the date of the invoice. After 30 days an outstanding balance will receive a finance charge of 1/5% per month or 18% per annum.
DELIVERIES:
All prices are quoted F.O.B. from the nursery in Hartford, Michigan. A delivery fee is charged for deliveries.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
South Seas Palm Company can also ship products using the UPS system.
CONDITIONS OF SALE:
1. South Seas Palm Company guarantees all plant material to be in a healthy condition when delivered.
2. After plants have been accepted we accept no responsibility, but will investigate any reasonable claim lodged within 24 hours after acceptance of the material.
3. Notification of any such claim must be made directly to South Seas Palm Company.
